Gregory T. Stallard is the major stockholder of Stallard & Associates, Inc. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He then began a career in property management working for an Indianapolis-based real estate firm.
Furthering his knowledge in the property management field, Greg became General Manager of a major Indianapolis-based real estate firm. After analyzing the Indianapolis real estate market for more than seven years, Greg was instrumental in forming Stallard & Associates after realizing the need for a hands-on, practical and economical asset management company.
Greg's extensive experience has provided the nucleus for Stallard & Associates which specializes exclusively in Asset Management and Acquisitions.
Hands-on Leadership with a Team Approach
The foundation of a young dynamic company, Greg is characterized as a "hands-on leader" and one who participates in all activities, leading by example. Greg believes in the fundamentals: "Success in this business is achieved by dedication and hard work - not by shortcuts." This philosophy is demonstrated by the entire staff, working efficiently - as a TEAM.
Asked to sum up one of the company's strengths, Greg replies:
"We are best at handling properties with physical obsolescence deferred maintenance and under achieving tenant profiles. Our experience with older, maintenance-intensive urban properties has taught us the importance of good maintenance to all properties. Our experience as property owners has taught us how to deal with, and solve cash flow problems."
